Border Region Behavioral Health
Center
is a non-profit, tax exempt contract agency of the state of Texas and
is governed by a nine-member board of
trustees appointed by the county
commissioner courts of Webb, Zapata, Jim
Hogg, and Starr Counties.
Board meetings are typically held on the third Wednesday of each month
at 11:00 a.m. at the Zapata County
Courthouse, First Floor, Room 108,
located at 200 East Seventh Avenue in
Zapata, Texas. Meetings are open to the
